This is an open letter to the community and its businesses. Our heartfelt, sincere thank-you goes out to all the kind and generous family, friends and businesses who shared their love and support for the Diane Mekus Benefit on March 25.

Words cannot express the gratitude that Diane and her family have for the support, both emotionally and financially. Getting to see all the hard work, generous donations, kind words, and the outreach from family, friends, local businesses and the community was so very touching and heart-warming. It really lifted Diane’s spirit and reminded her that she is not alone in this fight.

Whether you volunteered your time baking for the bake sale, donating a basket for the silent auction, or helping with the meal, your generosity was recognized and appreciated.

A special thank-you comes from the heart, during this very scary and emotional time for Diane and her family. We extend our deepest appreciation for all you have done.
