Councilman: ‘I’m sad, I’m angry’
Editor, OBSERVER:
As Fourth Ward Councilman, I was, and am, appalled at the actions of the individuals that resulted in the death of a 15-year-old a block from my home last month.
I’m sad, I’m angry and I’d love to be able to do something to stop these things from happening. I respect the police and the judicial system and have chosen to support them.
God bless Dunkirk and the community.

Woman ‘grateful’ for support
Editor, OBSERVER:
I would like to extend a huge “thank you” to everyone involved in coordinating the benefit on my behalf. I would also like to thank everyone who donated items or money and those who volunteered their time for the event.
Lastly, I would like to extend a heart-warming thank you to everyone who stopped in to show their support, friendship and love.
I will forever be grateful to all of you and will hold you dear to my heart with deep appreciation and love always.
