Fredonia has chance to be progressive
Editor, OBSERVER:
I am writing this letter to my fellow Fredonians.
I am sick of the whining, complaining and insulting finger pointing we are currently experiencing. In fact, I am very angry. Why does the old guard need to publicly humiliate our current government? Does it make them feel better? Is it to shed any responsibility for what they didn’t or could have done?
I am appalled by their boisterous and insulting comments and tones. They succeed in disseminating division, misguided thinking and bitterness. Fredonia struggles now. Their poisonous rhetoric will only submerge us further into despair
What then? I say we as Fredonians must overcome our own problems. We must face them head on and work together for near and long term solutions.
The voices of the past are just that. Our opportunity for a better and re-invented village is now. It is now!
A new and better Fredonia is underscored with new thinking, a new attitude and a new spirit. We can champion that cause together. Are you willing to join and participate? Fredonia’s future summons your call.
