Chautauqua Opportunities Inc. will lease the county office building on Lucas Avenue in Dunkirk for its 2XL (a program which serves children at risk). The Lucas Avenue building, at one time a supermarket, had previously housed a variety of county offices. However, those offices have since been moved, with some relocated to the D&F Plaza and others relocating to the Graf Building on Central Avenue. 2XL is a COI program serving children at risk by providing a positive environment for kids to learn and build self esteem. Coordinators are Tommy Rocque and Chuck Ruffino.
