For the third time in four years, Earle H. Jenkins of One Temple Square in Fredonia will be pedaling his three-wheeled “adult tricycle” on a marathon trip to raise money for a good cause. The 75-year-old double amputee, who is also legally blind, previously rode 35 miles around Chautauqua Lake in 1976 and 1977. On June 18, he will ride his bike 35 miles to raise money for the Keys to the Kingdom Prayer Group in the Fredonia-Dunkirk area.
