Dunkirk Mayor Gary Michalak today announced the appointment of Roy Jesse of 25 N. Ermine St., to the post of Dunkirk harbormaster. He also noted Mr. Jesse’s familiarity with the Dunkirk Harbor stems back to a number of years ago when his father, Al Jesse, was the owner and operator of Jesse’s Marina.
