Chautauqua County Court Judge Lee Towne Adams has the best record of case disposition of any judge in the Eighth Judicial District in the last term of 1981, a computer printout from the state Court of Administration shows. The report made public today says that Judge Adams set the record for the four weeks Nov. 30 through Dec. 27, 1981.
