Sage Zachmann, 10, of Westfield was selfless after a recent birthday.
All 42 presents she received during her party were donated to the Chautauqua County Toys for Tots. Once Kirk Frey of Kirk’s Jewelers learned of her efforts, his location matched Sage’s donation with another 42 Christmas gifts for children in need. “Thank you, Sage, for making Christmas magical,” Frey said.
In a needy community, all giving matters. There’s 10 days until Christmas. While buying for others, remember the less fortunate.
