Gowanda bowling earns 3-1 victory

SALAMANCA — The Gowanda Panthers earned a 3-1 win over the Salamanca Warriors in Wednesday’s boys bowling contest in Salamanca. Gowanda posted a linescore of 1,027-926-932-2,885, compared to Salamanca’s 991-1,006-871-2,868.
Aaron Barlow posted a linescore of 239-174-151-564, featuring both the high game and high series score in the contest to lead the Panthers to victory. Dan Marrocco added a linescore of 197-150-201-548 for Gowanda.
Frewsburg 4, Brocton 0
FREDONIA — The Frewsburg Bears defeated the Brocton Bulldogs bowling team by way of a 4-0 sweep on Wednesday at Lucky Lanes. Frewsburg managed a linescore of 858-915-953-2,726, while Brocton countered with 548-613-471-1,632.
Brendan Randall led Frewsburg (8-3-1) with a series of 209-179-233-621. He had the high series and high game of the contest. Matt Thompson added a linescore of 169-219-157-545; Noah Phillips had a linescore of 149-204-179-532; and Erich Thompson had a score of 187-159-169-515. Collin Kehrli added a 215 game, while Caden Harvey had a 154 game.
Brocton (3-8-1) was led by Nick Santiago with a linescore of 144-151-139-434, while Savanna Krystofiak added a score of 137-158-135-430. Additionally, Mark Haase had a game of 123 in a 312 series, while Jadniel Varella had a 117 game.
