Zed Williams continued his hot start for the Whipsnakes in the Premier Lacrosse League on Friday evening.

The Silver Creek graduate scored four more goals in the Whipsnakes 12-7 victory over Chaos.

Williams opened the scoring in the first quarter before his second goal made it 4-2 in favor of the Whipsnakes in the second quarter. He capped his second hat trick in the past two days when he made it 6-4 late in the first half.

Williams’ fourth goal came late in the victory.

“I’m not one to talk about myself,” Williams said postgame on the NBC Sports Network broadcast. “I’m with an awesome group here.”

Williams took 10 shots in the game.

On the season, the 2017 University of Virginia product has 10 goals and two assists as the Whipsnakes have gone 3-0.

The Whipsnakes will put their undefeated record on the line Sunday at noon against the Archers, who are also 3-0. The game will again be broadcast on NBCSN.
