Hillbillies take 2nd place in Section VI for Class C

OLEAN — The Fredonia Hillbillies took second place at the Section VI Class C swimming & diving meet in Olean on Friday.
Tori Spacciapolli was a triple-winner at the meet, including two individual wins. Spacciapolli took first place in the 200 individual medley, 100 breaststroke and was a member of the 200 freestyle relay with Abby Roth, Angie May and Greta Frerichs.
On Thursday night, Elizabeth Pucci-Schaefer took first place in the diving competition and Leah Marsh finished in fourth.
Individually, Abby Roth finished in second place in both the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke.
The 200 medley relay team of Roth, Spacciapolli, May and Jenna Truby took second. In the 400 freestyle relay the team of Molly Greenough, Ashlynn Delcamp, Truby and Frerichs claimed third place.
