Fearless Freddie’s Football Forecast
REVENGE. Losing to Kansas City last year in the AFC title game was expected of the upstart Buffalo Bills. The Chiefs were defending Super Bowl champs and playing at home. And they had the sensational Patrick Mahomes.
This year, the Bills return to Kansas City on the heels of what may well have been the most impressive NFL playoff victory ever. Yeah, it was that good. Josh Allen had more touchdown passes than incompletions (5 to 4) against the hated Patriots.
Buffalo will need to be almost perfect again Sunday night to beat the Chiefs. I think they can. Their pass defense is exceptional and their pass rushers are peaking at the right time. The Bills dominated the Chiefs in October and can do so again.
Looking forward to next weekend when the Bills battle the Bengals and the Packers tangle with the Bucs.
FREDDIE sees it this way:
Bills 31, CHIEFS 24
HOME teams are capitalized. Teams picked to win the game are listed first, followed by the expected margin of victory. The official Las Vegas odds are in parentheses.
