HOUGHTON — Dunkirk’s 1,600-meter relay of Michael Hanlon, Nathan Carlson, Jorge Hasbun and Giovanni Santiago captured first place at the Varsity Select No. 2 indoor track & field meet at Houghton University on Friday.
