A 13-4 advantage in absentee ballots has led to Yvonne Park winning the seat on the Villenova Town Board. The results were announced this afternoon by the Board of Elections.

Before the absentee tallies both Park and John Dudley Robinson Sr. recorded 190 votes each. Each candidate also received one vote from an unscanned form from Election Day on Nov. 6.

In August, Park, former town supervisor, was appointed to the council after Councilman Wesley Tessey unexpectedly resigned.
