Police looking for missing adult with Alzheimer’s Disease

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Forest Rangers from the New York State Environmental Conservation are currently attempting to locate a missing vulnerable adult.

Diana R. Chase, 74, was last seen on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the Panama-Busti area. She suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and may be in need of medical attention. It is believed Chase walked away from her home sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. She is 5’2″ and about 160 pounds. She was wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black slip on shoes, carrying a walking stick.

Sheriff deputies along with local police departments and volunteer fire departments are currently making every effort in locating Chase. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
