Woods optimistic about city finances
Dunkirk Treasurer Mark Woods called the city’s finances “pretty much on target” during a brief update to the Common Council’s Finance Committee Thursday. The city had to float a Revenue Anticipation Note in July because, Woods said then, its cash intake would not pick up until at least September.
