Traci Langworthy to lead book discussion at Prendergast Library

Come to a facilitated book discussion with local Professor of American History, Traci Langworthy at the Prendergast Library, 509 Cherry St., Jamestown, on Wednesday, May 23 at 6:30 p.m. Learn more about the women’s suffrage movement and discuss the biography of Elizabeth Cady Stanton “Elizabeth Cady Stanton, An American Life,” by Lori D. Ginzberg. The library has 15 copies of this popular biography available to check out.

Professor Traci Langworthy teaches at Jamestown Community College where she has taught American, World and Women’s History courses since 2004. An avid researcher of American women’s history, she has spoken at a number of local venues about the suffrage movement in Chautauqua County.
