Exercise-a-thon to be held at NCCS on Jan. 13

New Year’s can be an exciting time, brimming with the promise of fresh starts and new beginnings. It’s also an opportunity to recommit to your health and well-being. Start the New Year off on the right foot in 2019 by joining an Exercise-a-thon benefiting Northern Chautauqua Catholic School (NCCS) in Dunkirk.

Scheduled from 1-3:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 in the NCCS gymnasium, the event offers participants an amazing workout by six local fitness instructors: Sue Chaffee, Kathy Forster, Anna Carapella, Tamara Racino, AnnMarie Hamlet and Cheryl Tabone. No matter what your skill level, challenging workouts will be presented by this team of instructors and modified according to ability. Refreshments and give-aways will be available, and local DJ Joe Gouldwill add to the energized mix with music throughout the afternoon. Interim Principal Andrew Ludwig will also be on hand to kick off the event.

Presale tickets are highly recommended as only a limited number are available, and can be purchased at NCCA or from one of the instructors. The cost for the Exercise-a-thon is $20 per participant (adults only). Come out and join the fun while supporting NCCS. For more details, visit the NCCS Facebook page.
