MAYVILLE — In Tuesday’s Section VI girls swim meet between Olean and Chautauqua Lake, the Lady Thunderbirds fell to Olean by a score of 123-61.

Of the 12 events, the Lady Thunderbirds won two of them, coming out on top in the 200 yard freestyle and the 100 yard backstroke. Senior Grace Bukowski of Chautauqua Lake won the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:21.01. Senior Kendra Keyser posted a 1:14.47 in the 100 yard backstroke.

Olean’s senior Christine Pagett had a great day in the pool, tallying 20 points for the Lady Huskies.
