Jackson Center to host free speech talk Thursday

The Northern Chautauqua County Juneteenth Celebration Committee is planning the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Luncheon to be held at the State University of New York Williams Center, 280 Central Ave., Fredonia, on Monday, Jan. 19 at 11:45 a.m. The theme for the luncheon is “Different Roads, Shared Dreams.” The committee will also be presenting the Janice D. 4-H Green Tie Affair Fundraiser date announced

JAMESTOWN – Chautauqua County 4-H has announced the date for the 12th Annual 4-H Green Tie Affair Fundraiser. This is the largest fundraiser of the year for Chautauqua County 4-H. It will be on Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel and the festivities will begin at 3 p.m. with a Bake Sale and Basket Raffle. Chili Cook-Off planned for Saturday in Fredonia

The second annual Great UUCNC Chili Cook-Off will be held on Saturday (with a snow-date of Jan. 24) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the meeting house of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua, 222 Temple St., Fredonia.
