CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — STOCKTON — At about 4:16 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an address for a report of damaged property. Upon arrival deputies did locate 39-year-old Justin Horton of Stockton. Following an investigation, it was determined that Horton intentionally damaged the property of another with no reasonable right to do so. According to a police report, Abigail Thompson, 22, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child while Austin Wynn, 24, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. ELLICOTT POLICE - Tevin Lise, 33, of Falconer was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree criminal impersonation and parole absconder warrant at 11:10 a.m. Saturday after Ellicott police officers responded to a domestic incident where it is alleged Lise had a valid parole warrant and was possibly armed with a firearm. Ellicott police officers were assisted by the State Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office; the agencies were able to take Lise into custody without incident. VACANT HOME DAMAGED IN SATURDAY FIRE A fire early Saturday morning damaged a vacant home at 24 Broadhead Ave., Jamestown. The property is currently owned by the Chautauqua County Land Bank. Jamestown firefighters responded to the fire at 12:15 a.m. and found the front porch of the home on fire with fire extending to the front porch porch roof and involving the vinyl siding of the second story and roof eaves at the corner of the building. BUFFALO – U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross has announced that Jeffrey Paden, 57, of Kennedy pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to possession of child pornography following a prior conviction, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine. Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron J.
