ST. JAMES — Fredonia’s run at the New York State Little League Softball championships is over. The Downtown All-Stars out of Manhattan scored three times in the bottom of the first inning and once more in the third to beat Fredonia 4-1. Fredonia actually outhit Downtown 6-3 and did not commit an error. Fredonia’s lone run came in the top of the first inning.
