Dunkirk Memorial American Legion Auxiliary Unit 62 congratulates Dunkirk High School Junior Emily Dudzic on being selected as their Empire Girls State delegate. Emily is an honor student and a member of the National Honor Society at Dunkirk High School. She is also a member of the Future Business Leaders of America. Chief Machinery Technician Joseph J. Lipp IV retired after 20 years of active duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard. He entered the Coast Guard in May 1999 and attended Basic Training in Cape May, NJ.
