CATTARAUGUS – The 41st Tilden and Cora Ingersoll reunion was held Aug. 14 at the Wildwood Pool at Cattaraugus, hosted by the Lawrence Denzil Ingersoll family. Fifty members were present and came from Florida, Rochester and the local area.

A blessing of the food was given by Larry Ingersoll. The children enjoyed swimming. A ticket auction and white elephant for adults and kids took place with auctioneer Steed Merrill and runner Summer Oakes. A donation hat was also passed by Charlie Pickup.

Next year’s reunion will be hosted by Evelyn Marie Ingersoll Leach on the second Saturday in August. Information will be provided at a later date.

There was one death, five births and four marriages. The oldest was Albert Tilden Butcher and the youngest was Myah G. Brisley.
