The CIAO annual meeting and picnic scheduled for Aug. 8 at Russell Joy Park is canceled this year.

It was the consensus of all but a few members to cancel the picnic, though organizers will be refunded their rental rental money so there is no financial loss.

The board, before COVID, was working on several programs for members that have now been put on the back burner.

Those who are inclined are asked to send cards of encouragement for member Mary Tripi in the Chautauqua Home. It has been difficult for her and all of those in hospitals and nursing homes without visitation.
