Tiq Milan

Tiq Milan, a Black trans activist, writer, public speaker and strategic media consultant, will present a virtual lecture, “The Future of Inclusion: Innovating in a Post-COVID World,” on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 3 to 4 p.m.

Milan’s talk is the inaugural address in the Collingwood Distinguished Lecture for Diversity series that will bring annual talks to the State University of New York at Fredonia. An advocate in the LGBT community for over 10 years, Milan will share stories of his journey of becoming a man and what he’s learned about the masculine experience and binary gender.
