The Dunkirk Senior Center is planning a shopping trip to Erie, Pa., on Tuesday, May 16. Shopping will include Boscov’s, the Christmas Store, Hobby Lobby and lunch at the Golden Corral. Stop at the Center to sign up. There are still a couple of seats available for the trip to Sprague’s and Allegany Casino on Tuesday, May 2. Call the office for more information.

The Center will be having a Cinco De Mayo party on Friday, May 5. Doors will open at 4 p.m. with dinner at 4:30. Cost of the party is $5. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, April 24. The Center will be having a Spring Fling Dinner on Saturday, May 20. The dinner will consist of roast beef and gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetable, and dessert. Cost will be $10. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, May 8.

The next big bingo game will be Wednesday, May 10. Doors open at 4 p.m. with a light dinner being served at 4:30. The April birthday lunch will be held Wednesday, April 26. Any member with an April birthday is asked to stop by the center to sign up for their birthday lunch. The birthday member may bring guests at a cost of $10 per guest. Call the center to sign up for the next Cell Phone/Tablet class which will be held May 17.

Independent Health will be a the Senior Center on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for anyone with questions regarding their policy.

Dominoes are played on Wednesday at 1 p.m. MahJongg is Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Pinochle is Monday and Friday at 1 p.m. Exercise is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. Hand and Foot card game is Friday at 1 p.m. Tai Chi is Tuesday and Thursday at 3 p.m. Social time is Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Attendees bring their own lunch and can enjoy 25 cent bingo.
