Dunkirk Senior Center News Big Bingo will resume March through June, on March 13, April 10, May 8 and June 12 (the second Wednesday of each month). The cost is $5 per person. Doors open at 3 and there is a free “light lunch.” Travel updates for 2019: Monday, March 11 is a trip to del Lago Casino. This trip is sold out. There is a waiting list only. Volunteers needed to oversee Mayville caregiver support group

Providing care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease can be stressful and isolating, but support groups can provide coping tools and a welcoming embrace from others in the same position. The Alzheimer’s Association Western New York chapter sponsors a number of caregiver support groups across the eight-county region it represents and is offering a free training program for those interested in facilitating those meetings.
