Dunkirk Police resumes ‘take a student to breakfast’ program

City Of Dunkirk Police Chief, David Ortolano, is happy to announce that the Police Department’s “take a student to breakfast” program has begun early for this school year. Due to the excitement and outstanding response from the last school year, the Police Department decided to start this fall with honoring a student from each elementary school in Dunkirk and then again in the spring.
