Angela Nicole Orlikowski and Michael Anthony Gollnitz were united in marriage on July 5, 2014 at St. Josaphat Church in Cheektowaga.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Darlene Orlikowski of Cheektowaga.

The groom is the son of Martin and Jeanette Gollnitz of Fredonia.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a fit and flare lace and tulle gown with a ruche embellished sweetheart neckline and corseted back closure. She carried a bouquet of white and blush colored roses, white hydrangeas and baby’s breath with jewel embellishments. Her honor attendant was her sister, Arielle Orlikowski of New York City. Her bridesmaids were her friends, Rebecca Hogan, Nicole Cianciotta, Lindsay Hawker and the groom’s sister, Mary Horton. Her attendants wore full length blush colored, chiffon dresses with one shoulder neckline and carried bouquets of white baby’s breath.

The best man was Scott Gollnitz of Rochester, the groom’s brother. Groomsmen were his friends, Charles Pierce, Shane Carlson, Sufyan Siddiqui and the groom’s brother-in-law, Andrew Horton.

Readings were given by Mary Ann Kuznicki, the groom’s aunt and godmother and Renee Trzaska, the bride’s aunt and godmother. Universal prayers were given by Arielle Orlikowski and Mary Horton. A reception was held at Lancaster Country Club.

The bride is a special education teacher at Lake Shore Middle School in Angola. The groom is employed at M&T Bank in Buffalo as a commercial banking officer.

The couple honeymooned in the Dominican Republic.
