≤ NORTH HARMONY — On June 14 at roughly 11:25 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle parked on the shoulder of I-86. The operator was identified as Derek T. Worley, 22, of Atlantis, FL, and investigation allegedly found him to be intoxicated. Worley was taken into custody and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and stopping/standing/parked on highway. After processing, Worley was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.

≤ ELLERY — On June 15 at about 2:17 a.m., deputies checked a vehicle parked on Route 430. Deputies reportedly found Sarah E. Mcquiston, 24, of Ripley, asleep behind the wheel, and further investigation allegedly found her to be intoxicated. Mcquiston was taken into custody and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, parking on pavement and failure to use hazard lights while parked on highway. After processing, Mcquiston was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
