CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

KIANTONE — A 17-year-old male was injured in a motorcycle accident just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The Kiantone Fire Department, along with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and county medics responded to the incident on Route 62. The male was taken to an area hospital by helicopter for further treatment of his injuries.

The accident is under investigation.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Malique Carter, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 19 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Billy Ewell, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 20 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, operating without insurance, and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Cristian Maestre, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 20 and charged with felony driving while intoxicated (prior conviction in past 10 years), felony driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content more than .08% (prior conviction in past 10 years), first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator of vehicle, and failure to signal.

— Jacob Wise, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 20 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, improper inspection, and improper turning.

— Dominick Cetell, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 20 and charged with reckless driving, uninspected motor vehicle, and failure to display license plates.

— Nicholas Eggleston, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 21 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and pedestrian failing to use the sidewalk.

Eggleston was also arrested April 27 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Dotson Jr., 51, of Brocton, was arrested April 21 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, obstructed plate, obstructed driver’s view, and four counts of unsafe tires.

— Jose Rubalcaba, 51, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 22 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny, and obstruction of governmental administration.

— Cassie Dash, 35, of Bradford, Pa., was arrested April 24 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Ethan Davis, 17, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 24 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Kentrell Stewart, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 24 and charged with four counts of petit larceny, and single counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree criminal trespass, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Samuel Barreto, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 24 and charged with petit larceny.

— Heidy Rivera-Negron, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 26 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Brandon Echevarria, 32, of Fredonia, was arrested April 27 and charged with petit larceny. He was also arrested April 30 and charged with petit larceny.

— Lucas Gates, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 28 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Maria Dominguez-Gill, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 29 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and no front bumper.

— Scotty Miller, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 29 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Michelle Emery, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 30 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.

— Alexander Santiago, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 30 and charged with petit larceny.
