¯ Sean Ross, 53, of Fredonia, was arrested July 20 and charged with misdemeanor assault.
¯ Phillis Kyler, 57, of Fredonia, was arrested July 21 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Brian Montenez, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 24 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Thalia Pagan, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 24 and charged with an open container violation.
¯ Jesse Wohnhas, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and refusal to take a breath test.
¯ Patrick Phillips, 40, of Dunkirk, was picked up on a bench warrant July 26.
¯ Dylan Sugden, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested July 26 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Alterique Day, 49, of Rochester, was arrested Sunday and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing.
¯ Samuel Lobley, 38, of Dunkirk, was picked up on a bench warrant Wednesday.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jamar Williams, 37, of Erie, Pa., was charged with moving from lane unsafely, unlicensed operator, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Officers responded at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday to Route 20 for a report of a vehicle driving in the wrong lane. The vehicle was located on Route 20 at Felton Road. It was later found that Williams was driving while intoxicated. Williams is scheduled to appear in Westfield Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ SHERIDAN — Dakota S. Sugg, 26, of Silver Creek, was charged with speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from lane unsafely and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Deputies responded at 4:18 a.m. Sunday to a crash on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan. Sugg was charged following an investigation and was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
Incident With Utensils Cooks Up Trouble In Forestville
FORESTVILLE — Deputies dispatched to Walnut Street in Forestville for a report of a disturbance that involved kitchen utensils at a residence on Wednesday afternoon has landed a man in hot water.
Upon arrival deputies determined that a dispute had taken place around 1:30 p.m. During the course of the dispute a subject identified as Patrick C. Parker, 23, did strike another subject at the residence with a frying pan and bowls. When another subject did try to intervene to stop Parker from striking that subject, he then punched the subject who tried to intervene.
Parker was subsequently placed under arrest for third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal Mischief and second-degree harassment. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment to answer to the charges out of the town of Hanover.
