CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ SILVER CREEK — Joseph C. Labarbera, 27, of Silver Creek, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. An investigation found that Labarbera allegedly engaged in an altercation with another person at an earlier date in the presence of children. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ FALCONER — Stacey A. Jones, 51, of Falconer, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Deputies at 8:49 p.m. on Feb. 9 observed a vehicle fail to keep right on South Work Street in the town of Ellicott. An investigation found that Jones was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicaed state. Jones is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
¯ GERRY — Teresa Suppa, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Troopers responded Tuesday to Country Fair in Gerry for a reported shoplifting complaint. An employee saw Suppa allegedly carrying items out of the store without paying. Suppa was located at her residence and was taken into custody. She is scheduled to appear in Gerry Town Court later.

¯ Samuel Texidor, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with felony criminal mischief.
¯ Sabrina Flores, 21, of Jamestown, was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 3.
¯ Brynn Castellano, 34, of South Dayton, was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 4.
¯ Daniel Fluent, 34, of Kennedy, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
¯ Brittany Danks, 28, of Cherry Creek, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Robert Kolakowski, 27, of Clayton, was arrested Jan. 8 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Thomas Fafinski, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Leanne White, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 13.
¯ Brandon Anderson, 34, of Jamestown, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.
¯ Michelle Balch, 35, of Westfield, was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 14.
¯ Adolf Zollinger, 24, of South Dayton, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more of alcohol in blood.
¯ Norman Collins, 82, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with harassment.
¯ William Eppinger, 43, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Melissa Petersen, 33, of Tonawanda, was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 19.
