CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ HARMONY — Devin S. Fuller, 26, of Jamestown, and Cora A. Waddington, 23, of Frewsburg, were each charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Deputies were called at 4:05 a.m. Monday to a town of Harmony residence for a possible burglary in progress. Two people were observed fleeing and running into a nearby creek. The two were later taken into custody, and an investigation found they entered the residence and began removing items. The homeowner, who was not home at the time of the incident, was contacted and able to recover the property that was being removed. Fuller and Waddington were taken to jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ HANOVER — Mohammed Al-Sibiyhat, 35, of Amherst, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 10:06 p.m. Sunday on Allegany Road in the town of Hanover for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Al-Sibiyhat was suspected of driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

¯ Adam Mox, 27, of Forestville, was arrested July 26 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Travonta Gatewood, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 26 and charged with harassment. He was also arrested Aug. 10 and charged with criminal contempt and harassment.
¯ Rodney Hill, 57, of Briarwood, was arrested July 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and blood alcohol content more than .08% while operating vehicle.
¯ Matthew Galen, 37, of Fredonia, was arrested July 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
¯ Alexander Santiago, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
¯ Martha Rosado, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 29 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Jennifer Dejesus, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 30 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Danielle Braun, 38, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with trespass.
¯ Jesse Wohnhas, 26, of Fredonia, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree harassment.
¯ William Matteson, 57, of Fredonia, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with harassment.
¯ Tiffany Walsh, 31, of Jamestown, was arrested Friday and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Zacre Jasinski, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
