CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– NORTH HARMONY – Dustin D. Wilson, 39, of North Harmony was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 1:15 p.m. Thursday after deputies responded to a reported altercation. According to a police report Wilson allegedly had unwanted physical contact with another person and damaged property in the home. He was found a short time later and charged. Wilson will be in North Harmony Town Court later.

– Raymond Provorse, 29, of Olean was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and cited with traffic tickets at 3:55 p.m. March 18 in the town of Dunkirk. According to a police report, deputies were on a routine patrol in the town of Dunkirk when they saw a suspicious vehicle being operated in the Harbor Freight parking lot. Through investigation it was found that the license plate was stolen out of the City of Erie. Deputies pulled the vehicle over and charged Raymond. He will be in Dunkirk Town Court later.

CARROLL POLICE

Ryan D. Edwards was charged with neglect/failure to provide proper sustenance at 5:40 p.m. March 12. Carroll police responded to 400 Sandberg Road, Frewsburg, after it was reported there were three dead horses on the property. Edwards was charged and will be in Carroll Town Court later.
