JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Anne E. Robbins, 40, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on Thursday.

Before 11 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Columbia Avenue near Forest Avenue for numerous observed traffic and equipment violations. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined that the license plate on the vehicle was forged. Robbins was taken into custody and was currently on probation for the same charge stemming from an incident earlier this year where she was in possession of another forged license plate. She was held pending arraignment due to the felony charge.

— Lovella A. Kellom, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and had an arrest warrant.

At about 6:49 p.m. Saturday, officers Kellom at West Second and North Main streets. Officers had prior knowledge that Kellom had an active arrest warrant out of the city. Kellom was placed into custody and transported to the city jail without incident. She also was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine.

— Marcelino S. Hernandez, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and other violations after fleeing officers Saturday evening.

Before 7 p.m., officers observed a male operating a bicycle on a sidewalk in the area of East Third and Main streets. Officers recognized the subject to be Hernandez. Officers had prior knowledge that he had outstanding warrants out of Jamestown Police Department. Officers initiated a vehicle and traffic stop on Hernandez with emergency lights and sirens. He proceeded to flee on his bicycle.

Officers pursued Marcelino onto Pine Street and toward an alley in the area.

Officers exited the marked patrol unit and pursued Marcelino on foot toward East Fourth Street. Hernandez was taken into custody shortly after and transported to the city jail. Marcelino also was found to be in possession of Suboxone sublingual films which are a controlled substance.

— Gualberto Gonzalez Jr., 46, of Jamestown, is facing numerous charges following an incident on the north side Thursday.

At about 9:44 p.m., officers responded to a suspicious situation. When officers knocked on the door, Gonzalez answered the door, with a loaded semi automatic handgun in his waistband. This handgun was reported as stolen to the Pennsylvania State Police. Officers had prior knowledge that Gonzalez is a convicted felon.

Officers secured the handgun and through an investigation it was found that he was in possession of a second handgun that was also loaded. Gonzalez was found to possess a quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine, various packaging materials, scales, assorted ammunition, a spare handgun magazine, two bottles of pills, and currency. Gonzalez was placed into custody and transported to the city jail without incident. He is

charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was held pending his arraignment.
