SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– CASSADAGA – Samuel S. Alaimo, 49, of Cassadaga was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and trespassing. Deputies responded to a past-tense complaint of an incident that occurred on June 6 at about 9:20 p.m. at a business in the village. After an investigation Alaimo was given appearance tickets and will appear at the Stockton Town Court at a later date and time.

– MAYVILLE – Crystal R. Borst, 35, of Prospect Road, Mayville was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Prospect Road. She was placed into custody and transported to The Chautauqua County Jail where she was to be arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Program.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jafary Brown, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 14 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

— James Tilley 3rd, 49, homeless, was arrested May 14 and charged with trespass.

— Vanessa Smith, 39, homeless, was arrested May 14 and charged with trespass.

— Ian Ward, 32, of Silver Creek, was arrested May 15 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

— Donte Chambers, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 15 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Stephen Falkner, 36, of Fredonia, was arrested May 15 and charged with petit larceny.

— Casey Crane, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 16 and charged with tampering with physical evidence, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree obstruction of government administration, and resisting arrest.

— Maria Gill, 60, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 16 and charged with second-degree obstruction of government administration.

— Maria Dominguez-Gill, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 16 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and single counts of second-degree obstruction of government administration, resisting arrest, unlicensed operator, and improper bumper.

— Tina Schroeder, 24, of Niagara Falls, was arrested May 17 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle, and improper turn.

— Edward Montanez, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, improper plates, and unlicensed operator.

— Danee Waller, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 19 and charged with second-degree harassment and a noise ordinance violation.
