– Alivia Salverson, 21, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 8:42 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to a reported domestic dispute on the city’s west side. Salverson allegedly damaged property during the incident. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Andrew C. Burns, 36, of Depew, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, DWI (three previous convictions) and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after officers responded to a check the well being request for Burns at 2:23 a.m. Aug. 10 near Fluvanna Town Line Road and Moon Road. Officers arrived on scene and allegedly saw Burns and another person engaged in a domestic incident. Officers spoke with the other person, who allegedly had bruising on their arm from Burns allegedly grabbing them and also pushing them onto the ground. Burns was allegedly found to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Burns was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. He will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
