CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — MAYVILLE — At 8:22 a.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle on North Erie Street for a speed violation. It was later determined the vehicle operator, Peter Way, 31, of Pittsburgh, was driving while intoxicated. Way was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated, speed in zone, and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. It was reported to investigators that an incarcerated individual kicked a Corrections Officer causing physical injury. After an investigation, Robert L. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — CARROLL — Deputies responded to an address for a reported altercation at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. It was reported that Jordan Beardsley did engage in a physical altercation with a subject that violated an order of protection. Beardsley was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment. Graves, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree attempted grand larceny, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal trespass. At approximately 7:30 a.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief in progress at an east side business. Officers located 30-year-old Zachary A.
