CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — STOCKTON — At 2:28 a.m. Sunday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office observed a traffic infraction. When initiating the stop, the vehicle fled the scene. The operator of the vehicle was later identified as Eric J. Johnson, 46, of Jamestown. Woman, 18, charged in pair of Dunkirk incidents

An 18-year-old city woman is facing charges after a pair of incidents last week, including one involving a knife. At 5:11 p.m. Friday, Dunkirk Police were dispatched to a home for the recent theft of a coat. Once on scene the victim stated they and the suspect, Asabela Marrero-Pagan, got into a verbal argument. Marrero-Pagan then took the coat of the victim and left the residence. The victim has a valid order of protection against Marrero-Pagan.
