An 18-year-old city woman is facing charges after a pair of incidents last week, including one involving a knife. At 5:11 p.m. Friday, Dunkirk Police were dispatched to a home for the recent theft of a coat. Once on scene the victim stated they and the suspect, Asabela Marrero-Pagan, got into a verbal argument.
