JAMESTOWN POLICE - Katie E. Keeler, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 5:29 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported unwanted person. Officers arrived on the scene and found that Keeler allegedly violated a stay away Order of Protection with the victim. Keeler was found a short distance away and charged without incident. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Phillip E. Hinkley, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At approximately 7:13 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a local business on the south side of the city for two unattended juveniles. Through investigation, it was found both juveniles were alone and had rode an ATV to the store, and without helmets. Officers made contact with the father, Hinkley, who was supposed to be in charge of the juveniles. Demarco, 47, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing and felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 11:06 p.m. July 3 after officers responded to a south side business for a reported person with a weapon. Officers arrived on the scene and found a male later identified as Demarco barricaded inside of an office of the business with a knife. Around 12:01 a.m., members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to an altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 38-year-old Jamar Fountain or Irving to have intentionally placed a person of reasonable fear of serious physical injury by displaying a deadly weapon.
