JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Zachary A. Graves, 30, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree attempted grand larceny, possession of burglar tools and third-degree criminal trespass. At approximately 7:30 a.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief in progress at an east side business. Officers located 30-year-old Zachary A. Graves fleeing the area on foot on the railroad tracks. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Alyshialynn Ryan, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets on Saturday. At 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Allen and Maple streets. A subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan, a resident of Jamestown, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident.
