JAMESTOWN POLICE - Justina L. Rivera, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 11:38 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a south side address for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers learned Rivera allegedly pushed a person into a wall causing physical injury. Rivera was later found in the area, charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned. - Pablo J. Upon arrival, deputies identified the property owner to be Rachael Waldron, 32. Bauernfeind, 47, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a domestic dispute. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE - MAYVILLE - Thomas Schmid Jr., 34, of Mayville was charged Monday with second-degree harassment, second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon after deputies responded to a Mayville business for a reported altercation.
