A camper had overturned and caught fire after being caught by a strong wind gust. The occupants of the pickup pulling the camper were uninjured and the truck was still driveable. Skinner, 45, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday after city police officers responded to a domestic incident on the city’s west side.
