Vilardo to theft of mail by an officer or employee, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Franz M. Wright and Andrew J. The operator was identified as Seth Troyer. Further investigation found Troyer, 20, of Corry to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Around 9:25 a.m., the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant at 1254 Newland Ave. Crystal M. Vogt, Ulus C. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Vanessa M. Braun, 43, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment. Around 10:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a west side address for a stabbing.
