JAMESTOWN – Terry Norris brings 27 years’ experience in the copier industry, primarily through sales and customer service. As the branch manager for the newly-opened Jamestown office, Norris will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across client accounts in Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Alleghany counties.

He possesses an associate business degree from James-town Community College, as well as a bachelor of arts in business from SUNY Fredonia.

Prior to joining Usherwood, Norris worked as a sales representative for 27 years in Chautauqua County where he interacted with many of the local businesses throughout the Southern Tier.

Norris volunteers as assistant coach for the Maple Grove High School wrestling team and enjoys playing softball in his spare time. Norris has a wife, Laurie, and two daughters, Ashlyn and Taylor.
