Fermentation Station, a full service liquor store owned by Mark Denison recently opened in the village of Cassadaga. The store, located at 86 N. Main St. (Route 60), features a full line of wines and spirits with special attention paid to local wineries. The store is open Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Tastings of locally produced wines are being scheduled.
