Holiday event scheduled in Mayville region

The Mayville-Chautauqua Community Chamber of Commerce and local area businesses are busy planning the 2021 Holiday Open House in time for the holiday shopping season. The event brings local businesses together from Mayville, Chautauqua, and Dewittville in an event that highlights supporting small, local businesses. Control board OKs regulations for cultivation of medical cannabis

OBSERVER Staff Report The state’s Cannabis Control Board this week said it has advanced regulations for public comment that will allow for the home cultivation of medical cannabis. The regulations follow the requirements of Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, allowing for up to three mature plants and three immature plants per person and a cap of six mature and six immature plants within any private residence.
