Sewer district meets April 27

There will be a meeting of the board of directors for the Portland, Pomfret, Dunkirk Sewer District on Tuesday, April 27 at 3 p.m. The meeting will be at Dunkirk Town hall, 4737 Willow Road and is open to the public. NCCS sets barbecue on Sunday

On Sunday from noon to 3 p.m., Northern Chautauqua Catholic School is hosting a drive-though Weidner’s chicken barbecue dinner at Holy Trinity Church at 1032 Central Ave. in Dunkirk. Tickets are $12 each and available now at NCCS or on site this Sunday. Dinners include grilled chicken, side salad, mashed potatoes, and corn. All proceeds benefit NCCS.
