Veterans 4 Christ gathers Saturday This Saturday at 10 a.m., Veterans 4 Christ will offer a free homemade breakfast to veterans, active-duty military and a guest. The breakfast will be at Tri-Church Parish, 41 E. Main St.. The church is handicap accessible. There will not be a speaker or special program so come, eat and enjoy the fellowship of other veterans. Group assists Westfield at holidays WESTFIELD — The Union Relief Association of Westfield is extending a heartfelt thank you to those who attended its Charity Ball and supported its 2025 Christmas Project. On December 6, the organization held its 102nd Annual Charity Ball. Patrons enjoyed cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and live music by DTO. All danced the night away while supporting a very worthy cause! Property taxes mailed in Hanover HANOVER — Property taxes for the town of Hanover were mailed Wednesday, Elizabeth VanCheri states. Taxes can be paid at Hanover Town Hall, located at 68 Hanover St., Silver Creek, between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Payments can be made penalty free until Feb. 6. Payments made Feb. 7 to March 6 will incur a 1% penalty. A 2% fee will be added to payments made March 7 to April 1. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
